Instead of shutting down, the team reinvented themselves. They shifted focus to mid- and long-term rentals — a completely different market, with completely different customers. But to survive, they needed one thing above all: speed.
The Challenge: overnight ban on short-term rentals
Every day without bookings meant financial loss. Rent Like Home had to reach new audiences immediately:

The most successful example was a landing page built for chalet and apartment owners in Zakopane.
