Delay in sending emails

On 11/01/2020 (Saturday) between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m (EST local time) there is a planned break in delivery of all emails due to the technical work carried out by our service provider Mandrill at the time to send messages.

The delay will include sending emails from:

  • autoresponder configured on landing pages and popups
  • email integrations
  • lead notifications
  • links to exported leads.

All messages that were supposed to be sent during the planned delay will be sent by us successively after its completion – no additional action is required on your part.

Due to the considerable delays in delivering emails from the autoresponder used on landing pages, we recommend considering stopping the campaign for the planned technical break.

Despite the concern for the comfort of our users, the date of the technical break is determined independently of us by the Mandrill service provider whose services we use. You can read more about the details of the planned break at: https://mailchimp.com/planned-mandrill-outage/.
