On 22/04/2020, from 7:30 PM EST, there was another platform outage and at the same time, the failure of the monitoring system caused a lack of real-time notifications about the situation. It ended at 11:30 PM EST. The outage took place due to an unnatural increase in traffic on our platform.

We are aware of the problems that could have caused the situation and at the same time we ensure that we have made every effort to restore the full stability of our platform. Unfortunately, technology sometimes fails, so as part of the actions taken from today we have introduced an additional 24-hour technical duty to improve and speed up reactions in the event of any problems.

Taking care of our users’ comfort, we ensure that we are constantly working to completely eliminate this issue to prevent similar situations in the future.
