Problems with Saving the Landing Page

If an error appears when trying to save your landing page (eg. error 500), try the following steps to avoid losing what you have already done:

  1. Leave the current tab with the opened editor and open a new tab in the browser.
  2. In the new tab, log into your Landing account again.
  3. Go back to the previous, opened tab with the editor and try to save the landing page again – it should work.

Currently, there is no auto-save option in our platform – we recommend saving the landing page from time to time using the Save option in the upper right corner of the editor (next to the Publish button). This will minimize the risk of losing your changes.
