Time zones

You can set up a time zone for your account in the account settings. To do so:

1. On the upper panel go to My account, then click the Settings tab.


2. Go to Timezone section. Then, choose the appropriate option – the change will be saved automatically.


Why it is worth to set up the time zone?

  • Setting up the time zone has affects on the displayed time of creating new leads inside the inbox;
  • For Agency plan accounts, each sub-account may have its own time zone, regardless of the main account as well as the other sub-accounts;
  • Only the owner and an administrator can change the settings of the time zone.
