Changing the notification and autoresponder sender address?

If you are the owner of agency account (Consultant, Agency or Agency Pro), you can change the default address from which autoresponder messages and subaccounts’ lead notifications are sent.

How to change the notification and autoresponder sender address?

Step I – on Landingi platform side

1. Log in as the owner to your account in the Landingi platform, click on your profile at the topbar and then go to Settings tab.


2. In the window Notification sender address enter a new address and confirm the changes by clicking Change Email.


Step II – on your domain provider side

You need to verify your domain and email so that your address appears as the sender of messages sent by the autoresponder.

For this purpose, add appropriate SPF and DKIM records, which will authorize our server to send emails from the user’s mailbox.

1. Log in to the administration panel at your domain provider.

2. Add the following SPF record to your domain:

Replace with your own domain address.

Host: Type: TXT Value: "v=spf1 ?all" 

3. Add the following DKIM record to your domain:

Host: Type: TXT Value: "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;" 

Replace with your own domain address.

4. Contact us when you’re finished (e-mail or chat). We will verify SPF and DKIM records that have been added and unlock your domain.

After correct verification, your email address will appear as the sender of the autoresponder messages from Landingi platform.
