The goal

Audioteka is making regular marketing campaigns about promotion and distribution of its audiobooks. Their marketing team is promoting its campaigns on many different countries and language versions at the same time. Therefore, they were looking for a solution that could help them to organize their work quickly and efficient. A very important issue was the short time they needed to setup and start each new campaign - mainly it means that the master campaign have to be duplicated and adapted to each local market.

The client

Audioteka is the most popular web service and mobile app in Poland for delivering audiobooks. It is available on all 5 continents and offers audiobooks in different languages such as: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, French, Czech, Portuguese, etc. The newest version of Ford, Volvo and Volkswagen cars have preinstalled Audioteka app.


We prepared an Enterprise plan account, that have the sub accounts feature. This feature helps us to divide the company’ depends on the market they are serving. Adiotekekas’ account administrator has created as many sub accounts and in as many language versions as was needed for their marketing team. Additionally to each sub account was added other team members (marketers, designers) responsible for their market. Creating landing pages on this solution is very easy - on the root account a designer can create a template that others can easily duplicate and customize for their local markets. So they don’t have to create other landing pages from scratch. The marketing team is 100% independent from the development team what gave them much more speed on launching new campaigns.


Implementing Landingi in Audioteka gave us one stop shop of landing pages, they gave the tool to create, customize and publish landing pages without the need of any technical team. We’ve cut approximately 50 hours per month of development work by using Landingi. The process is much, much easier now and our marketing team can actually focus more about the campaigns and results. We don’t need to waste time on the IT hard work of building and publishing landing pages.
