Credits in Landingi are virtual tokens used for billing and required to access additional features, such as removing image backgrounds, generating landing pages with AI in Lunar, and creating Programmatic Landing Pages.
This guide explains how to buy credits, how to use them, and which features require them.
How do credits work?
Any credit-paid feature deducts a specific number of credits from your total credit pool when used.
The cost depends on the feature. For some features, such as Programmatic Landing Pages or image background removal, the number of credits required to perform an action is shown before you use it, for example on the button that starts the feature (1).
For Lunar, the AI landing page generator, the exact credit usage depends on the scope of the generated page and is not always displayed.
The number of available credits is visible in the platform, including in the My Usage menu and next to features that use credits (2).

After using the feature, the number of credits decreases by the cost of an action.
If you do not have enough credits in your account, you will not be able to use a feature that requires credits. In that case, you can increase your credit pool by choosing a higher plan or purchasing an additional credit package.
Credits are renewed cyclically during the monthly credit billing period. The number of credits depends on your Landingi plan: Build includes 2,500 credits/month, Optimize includes 10,000, Scale includes 20,000, and Enterprise includes 60,000. During the trial period, you have 1,000 credits available, regardless of the plan. In legacy plans, credits are not renewable and do not reset at the beginning of a new billing period.
You can purchase a new credit package at any time as a one-time payment. The option to buy additional credits is not available for trial accounts.
Using, buying, and enabling access to use credits to subaccounts depends on the user’s role.

How to buy extra credits in Landingi?
Each Landingi plan (Build, Optimize, Scale, and Enterprise) includes a monthly credit package by default. The number of credits depends on your plan.
You can buy extra credits directly in the platform or while using a feature that requires credits. The option to purchase additional credits is not available for trial accounts.
NOTE: If you do not have a payment method set up in Landingi, purchasing additional credits may require manual payment processing. In this case, adding credits to your account may take up to 2 business days.
#1 Buy credits from the platform
1. Open the My Usage menu from the lower left corner and click the Buy extra credits button.

2. You will see a pop-up window with the payment details. You can select one of the credit packages and click Buy now or upgrade to a higher plan.

3. After your payment is successful, the number of credits will update automatically, and you will receive the invoice via email.
#2 Buy credits through a feature
1. Access one of the credit-paid features.
2. At the bottom of the feature window, you will see the counter with your remaining credits. Click on the number to view a pop-up window with payment details.

3. Select the credit package, click Buy now, and follow the instructions.

4. After your payment is successful, the number of credits will update automatically, and you will receive the invoice via email.
How do I check my credit usage?
To check your credit usage, open the My Usage menu in the lower-left corner of the Landingi platform.
At the bottom of the unfolded menu, you can see your remaining monthly credits (1), extra credits (2), and the option to buy more.

Credits on agency accounts and subaccounts
The credits available to an agency account are shared between both the main account and all subaccounts. However, subaccounts themselves cannot purchase credits – only the main account has this ability.
The admin or account owner determines whether subaccounts have access to the shared credits.
1. To activate this function, navigate to the Settings tab located in the lower left corner.

2. In the Agency Options tab, activate the option in the Share your credits section.

Once the option to Allow subaccounts use your credits has been enabled, all subaccounts will have access to the shared credit pool.
